Medical studies in India are setting up new targets with each passing
year. Every year numerous students appear for the NEET exam, which is the
annual entrance exam for pursuing medical studies, but only a few thousands of
them manage to get admitted in the medical colleges in India. The number of
seats available for students is much less compared to the number of examinees.
This problem was prevalent for a long time and still rises up every year.
Though there are some private colleges emerging these days, only a handful of
candidates can afford the cost of education in these colleges for five
consecutive years. Due to such critical situation of the medical seats in
India, many students with the dream of being a doctor would not be able to
pursue medical studies.
From the past few years, students who have their will to study medicine,
opt to go for colleges abroad. There are some countries like China, Russia and
Philippines who have renowned medical schools and accept admission of foreign
students gladly. The Indian students, who have a dream of studying medicine but
under affordable circumstances, choose to get admitted in the colleges abroad.
As far as these countries go, Philippines have been the first choice of the
students. There have been quite a few thousand Indians who have been found to study
medicine in Philippines as of 2019.
Some of the renowned medical
colleges of Philippines are as follows:

health issues, which is much different than traditional Indian ways.
The total duration of the course is 5 and half years and it is known by
